• I am fully authorized to prescribe all medications, including controlled substances. However, prescription/refill of controlled substances would be contingent on comprehensive assessment in the first few visits. Unfortunately, I do not have the required set up to prescribe opioid medications in my practice. 
   

• I am Out of Network with all insurance plans.
   

• All fees align with standard psychiatric practice in New York State and commensurate with experience level of the provider. I accept both Zelle transfers and online payments (any debit/credit cards).

• Sliding scale rates are available for those who qualify.
   

• No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice (excluding weekends and holidays) will result in a 100% charge of the session fee.
   

• Both in-person appointments and telemedicine visits through a secure platform are available. ​​
   

• While I will make every effort to respond to your calls and emails on the same day during regular working hours, I am unable to provide 24/7 emergency coverage. In the event of an emergency, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. Once you are in a safe environment, either you or the attending physician can contact me for further coordination of care.
